In this course we will be going into the advanced functionality of TBC. This class is for intermediate to advanced users. TBC Demo license will be provided for the class
Day 1
Intermediate Takeoff – Bore Hole Setup, Sub-Surface Creation and Separate Material Volumes for the Different Sub-Surfaces. Advanced use of Material Site Improvement Manager and Phased Site Constriction Volumes.
Day 2
Advanced Takeoff – Over Excavation “Intermediate to Advanced”, Multiple AOI’s, Changing the Takeoff Report for Areas with Materials and various Presentation of Colorized Materials
Day 3
Corridor Data Setup for Super-Elevation and Horizontal Transition/Right Turn Lanes, Setup and Use of Various Ditch Transitions and Variable Slope Median Ditches
Day 4
Corridor Template Setup for Multiple Subgrades for Models and Materials and “Intermediate to Advanced” Round-About Intersection Setup
Day 5 (approval required)
“Class-Driven Topics”, Advanced TBC Topics and Creation/Design of Road Models from Scratch “Not Designed by an Engineer”
Class cost:
Individual day drop in: $750 per seat
